Ordering and Customization

How do I place an order?

Visit our Shop page, select the desired product, upload your design, and proceed to checkout. For assistance, contact us directly.

Yes, you can upload your design through the product page. We accept files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

Yes, bulk discounts are available for many products, such as business cards (up to 55%) and posters (up to 60%). Check the product page for details.

Payment & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mada, Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard, American Express, STC Pay, and Apple Pay.

Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within Riyadh. For orders outside Riyadh, it may take an additional 2 days.

The shipping cost is:

  • 25 SAR within Riyadh.
  • 50 SAR for orders outside Riyadh.

Currently, we only deliver within Saudi Arabia

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hour of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds are unavailable due to the custom nature of our products. However, if the issue is caused by us, we will reprint the order at no additional cost
